RETURN POLICY

We want you to LOVE your items. However, we understand if things don't work out and will be happy to issue store credit. If you need to make a return, it must be within 14 days from delivery date (or fulfillment date if you chose local pickup). Please email customerservice@willowgraceandco.com to start a return and include your name, order number, and what item(s) you would like to return. Please note that you will be responsible for covering shipping costs when making a return. In order to be eligible for returns your item(s) need to meet the following requirements:

-unworn
-unwashed
-unaltered
-no makeup stains
-no deodorant stains
-no animal hair
-no smells of smoke
-no final sale items OR items purchased with discount code

**Must be within 14 days from delivery or fulfillment date**

EXCHANGE POLICY
At Willow Grace & Co., we want you to love what you've ordered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size, you're welcome to exchange any unworn item with its tags still attached. Exchanges are subject to item availability. Please contact us at customerservice@willowgraceandco.com to initiate an exchange and check item availability.
  • Returns for Unavailable Items: In cases where the item you're exchanging is no longer available, we are happy to issue store credit for the amount of the original purchase. You can use this credit to find something else you love.
  • Shipping Fees: Please note, customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges or returns.

**Please note that the same requirements listed above (under our Return Policy) must be met for exchanges as well**

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If one of your items has a defect that we missed, please contact us at customerservice@willowgraceandco.com within 1-3 days of receiving your item and we will be glad to make it right! Please include pictures of item(s) or it will not be eligible for return or store credit. Once the item is deemed defective, we will issue store credit along with cost of shipping.
